RETURNS

  1. Client has a right to cancel the purchase agrement without any justification within 14 days from the day of delivery. Exceeding this period of time may result in not accepting the return claim. Wish to return purchased products should be delivered to the seller in the form of filled complaint form na adres store@wearso-store.com sent at store@weraso-store.com, using traditional post to Wearso Aleksandra Waś, ul. Boya Żeleńskiego 2, 00-621 Warszawa or by sending a regular mail to store@wearso-store.com. The return form should include personal data of the buyer as well as the number of order to be cancelled. The products to be returned are to be delivered to the seller within 14 days time together with the receipt.
  2. We do not accept parcels sent via Cash on Delivery system or “e-shipment” service. The parcel should be sent via Polish Post or a shipping company chosen by the Client.
  3. Packaging and shipment of returned items should be adequate to their properties. Items should be packed and secured in an adequate manner.
  4. Return policy refers only to purchased items which do not have visible signs of operation.
  5. Breaking these rules will result in rejecting the return request.
  6. The delivery cost of the returned items is to be covered by the Client.
  7. Returs claims are proceeded with 14 days from the day Wearso Aleksandra Waś receives they in written form together with the items to be returned and the receipt.
  8. Should you cancel the sales contract we retur you all the received costs including the delivery cost (exept from the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest regular delivery methodoffered by us), immediately and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about the return in a written form. We may wait with the return of money until we receive the purchased items together with the receipt (or invoice). The return of payment will be carried out in the same payment method as the initial payment done by the client unless the client clearly accepts another way of doing so. In any of the cases the client does not cover any expences related with this return.
  9. Please send us the items to be returned to the follwing address: Wearso Aleksandra Waś, ul. Boya Żeleńskiego 2, 00-621 Warszawa immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about the wish to cancel the sales contract. Return is to be accepted once you send us back the purchased items within 14 days.
  10. The costs of the return are to be covered by the Buyer..
  11. The Buyer is responsible only for deminishing the items’ value resulting from using them in other way than necessary to state their character, features and functionality.

EXCHANGES
  1. Will to exchange of the purchased item should be informed within 14 days from the delivery date by sending filled complaint form at store@weraso-store.com or using traditional post Wearso Aleksandra Waś, ul. Boya Żeleńskiego 2, 00-621 Warszawa . The email should include your contact data, order number and the reason for exchange. The items should be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exceeding those periods will be result in rejecting of the exchange request.

  5. We do not accept parcels sent back to our shop without prior information (filling in the online form) and void of the receipt.
  6. We proceed replacement claims up to 14 days from the day of receiving them in a written form together with receipt and the very items to be returned.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints are to be made within 10 days from the day of delivery of the purchased products. Exceeding this period of time may result in not accepting the claim. The client can make a complaint by sending filled complaint form at store@weraso-store.com or using traditional post Wearso Aleksandra Waś, ul. Boya Żeleńskiego 2, 00-621 Warszawa. The complaint form should includes perosnal data of the buyer as well as the number of order to be cancelled and the reason for making the complaint. The products are to be delivered to the seller within 14 days time.

  3. Packaging and shipment of returned items should be adequate to their properties. Items should be packed and secured in an adequate manner.
  4. In case of justified complaints, fault items wil be repaired or replaced to another of the same kind and if that should be impossible (e.g. due to the stock shortages) our shop will return all the cost to the Client and offer her or him other items available in our shop.
  5. Complaints are being examined within 14 days time.
  6. Complaints based on the difference of the items’ look which result from different settings of the Clinet’s monitor (their color and shades in particular) are not justified and thus accepted
  7. Complaints of shoes are examined according with the Legal Act from 27 VI 2002r. about special conditions of consumer sales as well as Civil Code (Law Register. nr 141, pos. 1176 with later moderation.).
  8. The following cases do not underline Complaints:
    1. natural usage of the item
    2. mechanical demages
    3. obvious vices which are clearly visible on the day of delivery and not reported immediately after noticing them
    4. discoloring
    5. drenching
